Our Programmes
Fun, supportive cooking classes designed for individuals in the disability sector. Learn practical skills in a welcoming environment, with hands-on cooking and engaging discussions.

Our Chef-Tutors adapt tools and methods to support independence, teamwork, and problem-solving. Students help choose what meals to prepare!

Never played before? No worries! Our facilitator will guide you through the rules, help you develop skills, and keep the good sportsmanship flowing.

3rd Tuesday: Indoor Soccer
4th Tuesday: Indoor Bowls
5th Tuesday (if applicable): Volleyball again!

Ready to activate your brain and spark some creativity? Our Brain Gym is a sensory wonderland designed for individuals on the Disability Spectrum, offering a safe and friendly environment filled with activities to engage the mind and senses!
From squishy textures to fun challenges, this session is all about exploration and interaction. Whether you’re shaping sensory balls or diving into tactile treasures, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Our fabulous facilitator is on hand to lend extra support and encouragement, creating a calm space where participation is gently encouraged—but never rushed.
Each participant is supported by their own Support Worker, who’ll join in the fun, helping them dive into all the activities. It’s a place where connections are made, fun is had, and everyone leaves with a smile.

Get creative, get crafty, and let your imagination run wild! Our Art and Craft class is a fun, hands-on session where you can explore different techniques, try new materials, and create something unique to take home each week.
